Returns

You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your package. During this period, you can return your order for a refund.

A return label costs 69 DKK in return handling fees.

If you return the package after the return period has expired, we unfortunately cannot refund the money for your order and the package will be sent back to you.

We only accept returns from Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. Returns from other countries are not accepted.

Exchange

We offer FREE EXCHANGES through our return portal if you purchased the wrong size or simply wish to exchange your item for something else. The return period for exchanges is 14 days.

Important regarding free shipping refunds

If you return one or more products from an order where you originally qualified for free shipping, and the return causes the order to no longer meet the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund amount.

 

NOTE: The processing time for returns is up to 7 business days, and the money will be refunded to the card used for the purchase

  • You cannot return simply by refusing to accept the goods without also providing us with clear notice of this.
  • You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your purchase if you wish to cancel.
  • You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return shipment of the goods. You bear the risk for the goods.
  • The costs associated with a return are to be covered by the buyer. 
  • Please include a paper with your order number written on it to avoid confusion regarding who returned the goods.

 

Please note! Returned items must be in new and clean condition.
We refuse returns of items that

  • Have an odor of perfume, food, smoke, sweat, etc.
  • are not clean, e.g. with make-up residue, hair & animal hair
  • are missing tags/labels
  • Have been damaged in any other way
