Payment

Revive accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, Mobilepay.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

Revive uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is safe and cannot be read by others.

Revive's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery

Delivery time for your order is normally 2-4 business days.

Revive ships products with the following: DAO, GLS

You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Revive is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer. The risk for the goods shall only pass to the customer when the goods are physically handed over to the customer at the specified delivery address.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty is provided for products in accordance with Danish consumer law. The warranty applies to all defects in software, material, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Revive within a reasonable time after receiving the item. 
Two months are considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The warranty is void in case of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Complaints are not accepted if sent with cash on delivery.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others; it is only recorded in our customer register. You can have your information deleted at any time.

For you to enter into an agreement with Revive, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the product to you.

Personal information is registered with Revive and is stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens with your express consent, so you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

Revive has access to the information recorded about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As a registered user with Revive, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is recorded about you. These rights are granted under the Personal Data Act, and inquiries related to this should be addressed to support@revive.dk
